Refund policy
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not in the condition it should reasonably be expected to be in, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide details of the issue, including photos if requested. Proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, missing parts, or otherwise not in acceptable condition. We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for items that are not damaged or faulty. Personal care goods (such as beauty products), sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective where required by applicable law.
Exchanges
If an item arrives damaged or faulty and a replacement is available, we may offer an exchange. Please contact us to discuss the available options.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
